There are several ways to make loan payments, whether its transferring funds from another Southland account to paying with a debit card. Choose from the options below to find the service that best fits your needs.
Payment center
Effective January 1, 2026, a convenience fee applies to payments made through the payment options below.

A $3 convenience fee applies to each payment made online through this service by clicking the button below.
Pay by phone
A $12 convenience fee applies to each payment made by phone when calling (800) 426-1917.
Only debit cards or transfers can be used to make a payment. Credit cards are not eligible. First-time online users will need to register or use express pay to make a one-time payment. Payment Center is not part of Southland Digital Banking and will require its own username and password.

Digital Banking – external account transfer
Set up a one-time or recurring loan payment by establishing a transfer from an external financial institution within Digital Banking.
